“Great location close to convention center, walking distance to an outlet mall. Clean and quiet. Only thing is - don't get fooled by the map on Expedia, it is NOT close the the railway station, we learned it the hard way, but we still liked the stay.”

“I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now...

“Very well connected, room spacious, comfortable and clean, good breakfast, mostly chinese style. The staff is kind, but, apart from the manager Wendy (thanks for helping us with the taxi to the terracotta army!) they don't speak english. This needs an improvement”

“This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—it’s super convenient and super close to the airport. I flew in from LA, and the whole place feels brand-new. The breakfast? Oh my gosh, the selection is insane! They’ve got everything you could want. The room isn’t huge, but it’s seriously cozy, spotlessly clean, and just really comfortable. 10/10, would totally stay here again!”

“The best hotel en China for the Luxury and the price, excelente servis, love the stylish clothes, location is amazing, even on the rain day it feels fantasy land, swimming pool is great as well,the whole Apartment has got amazing view, food is delicious, especially black bread, Meat made and cut in Front of you, Hot pot is well spicy so be prepared, We only used restaurante on the ground floor and there are 2 more restaurantes, well impressed”

“Il personale in genere non parla inglese, solo una delle receptionists parla inglese per questo motivo per qualsiasi richiesta bisogna fare code. L'hotel è piuttosto centrale e si possono raggiungere quasi tutte le destinazioni cittadine a piedi. L'hotel ha una sala colazione abbastanza deludente, e non ha ristorante, accanto c'è un centro commerciale con alcuni ristoranti di medio livello.”

“Great hotel but not in the location it says on the map on hotels.com. We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport. ”

Perfetto per un soggiorno a Xi’an

"Posizionato al centro di Xi’an in una location sicura e bella, l’hotel ha camere confortevoli, spaziose, una buona colazione (con molto più salato che dolce), la piscina in comune con il Sofitel e puoi raggiungere tutto a piedi o in qualche minuto di tuk tuk. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo "

"Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel a luglio 2024 e sono stato molto soddisfatto. L'hotel è molto bello, le stanze moderne, il bagno ottimo, con doccia e wc separati. La zona è ok perchè in 10 minuti siete nei maggiori punti di interesse. Colazione ottima e presentata bene, non fosse che le brioches e il pane risultavano comunque secchi, purtroppo quel tipo di alimenti non possono essere lasciati lì più di 1 giorno, però c'erano. Carino il the pomeridiano offerto dove abbiamo trovato anche frutta secca da mangiare. Un pò distante la metro se dovete prenderla con i bagagli."
