"Room almost ok but the service is poor. Very slow in the morning, but tremendously. Breakfast very limited with a single choice to be done but tip mandatory even if the breakfast was already paid with the room. Waiters not much proactive. In the second morning i was expecting to being able to have breakfast at opening time at 7 o clock due to the flight to be taken but unfortunately the waiters were not willing to even listen before that time. Considering the lack of reactivity from the personnel i had to skip breakfast even being paid. Not deserved my time and very disappointed."

"Stanza spaziosa e molto pulita. Bagno con doccia grande e pulito. Personale all'accoglienza molto cortese e disponibile. Servizio di deposito bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out molto soddisfacente. Tutto ottimo!"

"The gave us a room on the side of the airport and when we asked to change we ended in a small and oldishbroom. Breakfast was good but they were annoying since communication didn't work between Hotels and them and they thought my children were younger than they are."
