“Once you are able to park and actually get in, the hotel is outstanding. I’ll get to that later. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A small refrigerator and microwave are in the room. We had a street facing room and it was quiet. The problem is parking and getting in. Parking is a relatively short walk away but you have to register online to park with the city. We should have been told exactly how to do that. It was easy to do, but instructions ahead of time...

“I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing.
On the positive side, the staff I did interact with were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and cleanliness was an issue throughout my stay.
The most concerning part of my experience happened around 3:00 AM on the second morning. The fire alarm...
