“The Manager at the front desk did not warn us about the Water shutoff that was implemented at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 6. When checking in the staff wasn't very inviting and cordial. The hotel clerk that was checking us in was trying to charge me for an additional $100 or more toward the accomodation even though I had already paid for the room in full minus the incidental deposit. She wasn't very apologetic for her mistakes and didn't inform me of how much longer it would take. The breakfast...
