1955 Beauty Under the Oaks in Historic Old Town
1955 Cottage under the historic League City oaks. This 1227 square foot home provides a great central location with lots of trees and wildlife. There are 3 parks, coffee shop, and several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The backyard is great for entertaining and relaxing with a large deck with firepit, smoker and jacuzzi! Completely remodeled kitchen is large and outside patio with stamped concrete is a great place to sit and talk. Welcome !

You will have private access to the entire home. Please park in the driveway in front of the garage on Waco Street. The entry door is to the right of the garage, marked by a railing. A lockbox code will be sent to you prior to your arrival for easy self-check-in.

Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable living area with ample seating, a dedicated workspace for your remote work needs, and two distinct bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The large, completely remodeled kitchen features modern grey cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped for you to prepare your favorite meals.
The backyard is your private oasis for entertainment and relaxation. Unwind on the large wooden deck, gather around the fire pit on cool evenings, or fire up the smoker/grill for a delicious barbecue. You can also enjoy quiet moments on the spacious, covered front patio. Well-maintained jacuzzi also really makes for a relaxing time. There is also a kids swing set.
The driveway can fit up to 2 vehicles and can park 3 cars in driveway in yard. UBER and LYFT are readily available. Park and Ride is on Bay Area is 5 miles away
The home includes a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo, plus a convenient half-bath.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use inside the unit.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING is permitted inside the home. Failure to follow this rule will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire before booking.
