I recently stayed at this apartment rental, and while the place itself has potential, there were quite a few issues that left me disappointed. First off, the cleanliness was far from acceptable. The tubs were filthy, the carpet was dusty, and to make matters worse, there were dead roaches all over the place. I ended up cleaning everything myself, which was frustrating.The area is a bit older, but there are some new builds and developments in progress nearby, so it seems to be improving. It’s pretty convenient—everything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive, and Central Houston is about 20-30 minutes away, depending on traffic. The neighborhood is quiet, and neighbors are very warm and open which is nice.The unit itself is decent and lovely having most of the amenities you’d need. Communication with the property manager wasn’t the best - I got a response 4 hours later at 11pm when I sent pictures of the uncleanliness with an offer to have cleaners come by that late at night to mitigate the issue. At that point, there was no need because I did the cleaning myself and settled in. I requested a refund of the cleaning fee and all communication ceased. All in all, the apartment has a lot of potential, but it needs a good deep clean and more attention to customer service. Wouldn’t recommend unless these issues are resolved.
