*We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and refrain from parties or loud music. If security, property staff, or Houston authorities are required due to noise, a $300 fee will apply. Verified complaints from neighbors or other guests may result in a $100 fee.

*Spa Heating Policy: Complimentary heating from 6 PM to 10 PM. A $10/hour heating fee applies outside regular hours.

*Events and decorations are permitted only with our in-house planner (fee applies).
