The space
Enjoy the best views the Animas Valley has to offer. Open pastures stretch unobstructed to the Red Cliffs. The Durango Silverton Train can be seen from the front porch passing through the trees.

Located 8 miles to town, 12 min. to Durango Mt Resort(Purgatory), 10 min. to PJ's Grocery/liquors and 10 min. to Durango Hot Springs. Durango Mt. Resorts is the perfect all season playground with many winter and summer activities for all ages. Great fishing can be found on the Animas river, San Juan River(Gold Medal Waters), Hermosa Creek and Haviland Lake. An abundance of hiking & biking trails are close by. Or you can relax and take in the View from the back deck.

AWD or FWD recommended for winter visits. Yard is not fully fenced. Pets need to be accompanied when outside.

The entire home and property is accessible with the exception of Barn.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed without deposits. Any damage for any reason will be charged to credit card on file. Owners must be with pets when outside. Pets not to be left alone in the home. Pet waste must be picked up. Water/food bowls must be brought by owner.
