Wonderful experience, the photos do not show how incredibly nice this home is! There are so many incredible upgrades that make such a huge difference, will share photos if possible - the kitchen alone is phenomenal- having high end appliances like gas stove and dishwasher, the amazing sink is in its own island surrounded by an unbelievable amount of gorgeous granite or quartz countertop (not sure which), a garbage disposal, super nice flatware, glassware, and kitchen supplies. The two car garage worked out so nicely with twice a week trash service. The hvac worked superbly as did the heat! The decor makes the home feel absolutely charming. Washer/dryer are also high end and very nice. The back yard is perfect, private and so much fun to hear some of the fur-neighbors saying hello (not in an annoying way at all, just made it feel safe and family oriented). The neighborhood is full of sweet families with a real dedication to some awesome Halloween and Christmas decor! The location is fantastic, we went to Great Southeastern Equestrian Facility almost daily, a quick 15 with easy access to 10, and quick access to every grocer imaginable, we ordered Uber Eats and had grocers deliver to also cook at home. Awesome places to eat and work inside the home including a nice desk, kitchen counter, table, patio high top. Nighttime watching anything under the sun on Fire TV that worked beautifully and connected up perfectly. The bedrooms and closets are BOTH so spacious.
