“I had to change the room since the first they gave me had a terrible humidity odor. stayed 10 nights and they only cleaned the room once. I asked for them to clean the room 2 more times but they told me they would clean it every 4 days. They wrote down the cleaning lady should clean the room but she only changed the towels, never changed the sheets. What’s the purpose to stay in a hotel if you don’t get cleanliness and you have to do your bed daily? This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel...

“Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...

“At first I thought the receptionist was pretty nice until I started complaining about bugs crawling on the bed and in the bathroom floor and tub, dont think it was bedbugs just bugs period made me uncomfortable, she offered and did changed my room and we saw bugs in the tub in that room after that refund was asked for and was given..”
