You will be in your own spacious 4 bedroom / 2 bath home with everything you’ll need for your stay. We have had up to 15 people stay (air mattresses on property) Perfect for Workforce , Families or Business travelers. We are located in Baytown, 35 minutes from HOUSTON. We offer Self Check-in with keyless entry. Your “Home away from Home” offering multiple amenities, hosted by a SUPER HOST.

★LIVING ROOM ★
The living room is an open floor design that flows into the kitchen. The living room has three windows to allow natural sunlight in. We also have black out curtains for near total darkness by closing the faux wood shutters and black out curtains.

The SmartTv HD 1080 and can be positioned for different viewing angles. We have Netflix, HBO Max, Disney +, and other various free channels.

★DINING AREA★
Dining Table with six chair: A great place to have a formal dinner. We also have a leaf that can increase the length of the table for more seating.

★Front Sitting Room★
Front sitting room with comfy couch and sofa chair. We also have a Foosball Table

BOOKCASES
Enjoy various books, magazines & board games including RISK / Candy Land / Cranium, etc.

★KITCHEN★
Kitchen Table: Serve up some home made cooking. There is also a Kitchen Island with 2 bar stools.

Fully functional kitchen to cook up everything your heart desires. There is a HEB Grocery & Super Walmart around the corner. UberEats also delivers from hundreds of places around town.

★HOUSE RULES★

BUNK BEDS
- Following manufacture guidelines:
- Age Limit of no less than 10 years of age on top bunk.
- Weight limit of less than 150 lbs for top bunk.
- Only one person to use top bunk.
- No horse playing in and around the bunk bed, due to potential injury.
- No hanging anything off of the bunk bed.

Ring doorbell and 2 outside security cameras
We have a Ring doorbell and security camera outside in front and back yard for security and deterrence.

COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS
Our community has quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7am. This means no loud music playing or loud chatter outside of the house in front or in backyard. This is so we can respect our neighbors, as well as they respect us.

SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
Our house & property is smoke free, our children have asthma so we try to keep it hypoallergenic. We also find our guests love our property because of this. If a guest does smoke, there is a fee ($300.00). If we have to cancel our next guest reservation, the loss of reservation is also charged to the reservation that smoked.

Long stays welcomed but Please Inquire before Instabook due to extra documentation.

Please note, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies for your convenience. During the stay guests are responsible for their own house cleaning, including washing of towels and bed lining/sheets, blankets etc. as needed.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No Illegal activity is allowed in our home. If its against the law, please don't do it at our home. You understand this and abide this, if found we will ask guest to leave.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
We provide two fire extinguishers, one is in the laundry room, the other is in the kitchen above the kitchen sink. You agree to find these and in the event of a fire use accordingly and to your ability. You agree to notify us as soon as possible.

Spacious house for family with big & little kids

This property was super spacious and perfect for a family with both big and little kids to have space. The wifi was outstanding and the house was just what we needed to be close to family during an emergency. The owners were incredibly responsive in answering our questions and very flexible with allowing us to add additional days last minute. There were also lots of lovely special touches around the house that were noticed and appreciated. We will definitely book again.
