One positive, the mattresses were comfortable. When we checked in there was a terrible odor that we tracked to the kitchen sink. The disposal wasn’t working and there was rotting food just sitting in the drain. One of the bedrooms fan/light fixture was not working. One of the shower heads was unusable. I alerted Louis after check in and he assured me he would come the next day to make repairs but never showed up and we never heard from him again. There were other minor issues. One of the twin beds mattress support slats kept falling off while my son was trying to sleep. The fluorescent bulb light fixtures in the kitchen had no coverings and you can see right up to the attic. You can’t shut one of the bathroom doors completely. The deadbolt on the back door wasn’t working. The house is old and needs some tlc. Our main gripe was the smell from the sink and non working disposal, the fact that there were five of us and could only use one shower and having no light or fan in the bedroom.
