This is not a good home. There were no reviews when we rented it, but now there is one that mirrors some of our observations. Our check-in experience was poor. The door was not locked when we arrived, and then the door code lock malfunctioned. Owners misrepresented when they would arrive to replace the battery. We were not able to check in until 7 pm, 4 hours after the posted check-in time. The large refrigerator featured in the photos does not work. There is a small auxiliary fridge that is cool but not cold enough to keep anything that might spoil. There is no coffee maker. The kitchen is not stocked with anything useful. There is a broken window in the living room. An entire pane broken out and covered with tape and a plastic sign. See photos. This is a serious security issue. The home is not clean. It seems like only the barest minimum effort was made to clean the home. There is filth on all the fans. The rugs were not vacuumed and had bits of food and debris on them. The home is not in good repair and has many marks and patches and scrapes on the walls that could easily be corrected with a paint job. The water pressure in the hall bathroom shower is terrible. The toilet in the master bath almost overflows when flushed. We were unable to get any hot water in the master bath shower. We did not know there was a person living in the back shed. This person did not say or do anything unfriendly, but it was alarming when he strolled into the backyard while we were our there.
