They cut off water no call was made i need refund When water came back was brownish unsafe for showering I room was not cleaned i had to put request to do a day in advance . Guy at reception super rude he refused to take me in because reservation had Joseph and not youssef but same last name . They charged me 25 dollars for checking it bit over 11AM .. bedsheet had blood stain n matress has bug stain on right hand side .

This place was decent. Not 5 star nice but hey it was cheap enough. Would definitely stay here again although the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Horrible customer service. We were harassed about the amount of people in the room because we had 1 person visiting and said they were reviewing the camera and we had 6 people when it’s was 4 and 1 guest that left before 10pm. The room was disgusting. The pull out couch had blood stains and ripped everywhere and smelled horrible. Has no sheets on it and they provided no extra sheets. The room has a horrible mildew smell. The whole hotel starting from the parking lot was so dirty and gross.

They overcharged you for room & keep your deposit after you tell them about an stain that was in the room before you checked in & basically it’s not worth it

It was very horrible staff was rude!! House keeper never came to bring us towels they did want to give us another room or fix the problem with the bathroom, shower was broken so it flooded the bathroom. Do not go here!! I’m definitely calling corporate

They cheap out on everything - no lids for the coffee cups so you don’t take a coffee to go. Not allowed to bring breakfast to your room. Couldn’t even get another coffee pod for in room machine.

My wife booked the place with my account for her and my daughter for a stay during a friend's wedding. When she is trying to check in after the wedding around 12:30am, she was told that because I was not there, she will not be able to check in even through the room is fully paid and she has the credit card that the room is booked under. I was on the phone with the Indian guy at the front desk and ask him what we need to do for my wife to check in, we were told that he will not do anything. I plead to him for reason, because it's late and how moral is it to turn my wife and young daughter away when we have paid for the room and planed to stay there. The whole time he just smirked and said he will not do anything. Later on, when on the phone with Expedia, I was told we only have to call Expedia and change the name on the reservation, 2 min job. The guy fully knows this and refuse to tell us. By this time, my wife has already left and had to find a new place to stay 1:30am in the morning with my daughter in tow. Shame on them if this is how they treat their guest, with the room already paid for. Instead of telling us how to solve the problem, he threaten to call the cop on my wife and daughter if they don't leave the property. Remember, this is with the room fully paid for and booked. Terrible place how they treated us, they put my wife and daughter in danger and robbed us our money. Let's hope karma comes around and they get what they deserve.

Never staying here again.
When we checked in they didn't inform us that you had to request the room to be cleaned 24 hours in advance. We stayed 3 nights had to ask for towels, had to ask for toilet paper, and our trash was overflowing. The breakfast was toast, sweet cereal, or waffles. It was ridiculous how little they had and the staff was not courteous and couldn't have cared less if you had what you needed or if you were enjoying your stay. The hotel needed maintenance, but I guess if they couldn't get anyone to clean the rooms they certainly weren't going to pay to have something fixed. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the trash overflowing in our rooms, but I did take one of the signs in the elevator. Needless to say, we will not be returning to stay here when we return to Houston.

Good location, but won't stay here again!
This location offered a weekday breakfast, but it was quite limited, juice machine was broken, no water available. The couch in our room was destroyed, it looked and smelled as if it had been outside and scratched by a bunch of cats.

Worst hotel stay
I was given room with big stain on floor. Requested a change and was given one with many stains on the floor. Was exhausted so spent the night after complaining and being promised cleaner room the next day. Spent the second night in the filthy room because they refused to honor their promise to move me the next day. There is no food for breakfast. Had to ask for hot water to make tea. One person told me there was no hot water. No fruits. Only thing put out were waffles, bread, cereal and yogurt.

Good location, but hidden prices..
Good: location, cleanliness (visual), and the room was spacious BEWARE of check in process - the hotel tried to charge an extra $15/night/person for kids over 5 years old. This apparently happened with other customers too, please resolve this because it feels like price gouging after I prepay for everything and show up to check in and get asked to pay even more. Sofa was also worn out, see pictures

Room was dirty, I asked multiple times for towels. We had 4 ppl for our stay and requested extra towels on our reservation. When we got to our room we only got 3 sets. Bed, bathroom, and room was dirty. Desk was damaged. Curtain off tracks. We asked for room service and didn't receive any. They expected us to reuse our towels and we kept having to ask for toilet tissue because they gave us partial toilet rolls.

The hotel is very close to Chinatown in Houston. It is convenient to eat all kinds of food. However, the hygiene of the hotel is not very good. Moreover, the small refrigerator in the room makes noise from time to time throughout the night, like someone is knocking on the wall. The water flow on the bathroom sink is too small. , the water temperature is also unstable. Before we checked out, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and asked, which made me feel like they were urging me to leave quickly. The overall feeling is not very good.
