The checkin process took forever and it seemed like the staff had no idea what they were doing. The elevator ride to the 3rd floor traumatized my 7 year old niece. The elevator begins to shake and bounce not to mention make a terrifying sound from the 2nd floor up to the third. Once in my room, immediately it looks clean but once you take the opportuntiy to look around, you see how unclean it is. The carpet wasn't vacuumed well, the lamp shades looked as though they had all been in a fight with someone, The mini fridge was never cleaned out from the previous occupant and even after I made the front desk it remained in the same condition, there were roaches in the room, the towels are ridiculously paper thin and the walls were dingy and had bloodied snots on them. I addressed the front desk about this on several occasions and nothing was done about. They offer a pool and a fitness room that were both closed during my stay there. They offer free breakfast but to be honest I refused to eat it as a result of knowing the hotel has roaches. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN. All in all, after complaining several times and not even offered to be compensated or have my price adjusted it was clear that the management of this hotel is not at all interested in their customers. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
