The host is very nice and accommodating, they are just great people! As for the apartment, it is newly renovated, very cosy and modern. This apartment has everything you need for an extended stay or even just for a weekend getaway. With the gated property and parking it gave us peace of mind in such a busy city. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and new place to stay close to Downtown Houston or the surrounding area.
