ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing this agreement, Guest affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms. Guest understands that they have given up substantial rights by signing this waiver and agrees to do so freely and voluntarily
GUEST DUTY TO REPORT
Guest is required to promptly notify the Host of any issues, damages, or deficiencies with the rental property upon arrival within 4 hours of check-in. This notification must be made in writing or through the official booking platform's messaging system. If Guest fails to report an issue in a timely manner and this failure contributes to a more severe problem, Guest shall forfeit any right to a refund, partial refund, or other compensation related to that issue. Guest will be responsible for any damage due to their negligence and delayed complaint.
BUNKBED USAGE - ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By using the bunk beds, Guest assumes all risks associated with their use. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of injury, death, or property damage resulting from climbing, descending, or sleeping on the bunk beds. Guest agrees to use the provided ladder and guardrails for their intended purpose only. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) that may be incurred as a result of the Guest's use of the bunk beds or related facilities.
HOUSE RULE VIOLATION FEE
Additional violation fee will be applied if any of the policies are violated:
No Pets – A $500 fee will be charged if pets are found on the property in violation of the no-pet policy.
No Smoking (Tobacco or Marijuana) or vaping (e-cigarettes) – Any evidence of smoking, including lingering odors, ashes, or damage to property or furniture, will result in a violation. A $1000 violation fee will be charged.
No Parties – Exceeding the maximum allowed number of guests during quiet hours or causing noise disturbances during these hours will be considered a violation. A $500 violation fee will be charged.
Commercial Photography - A $500 violation fee will be charged.
