This luxurious apartment is in a modern building that is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown Houston, just a quick drive to Downton, River Oaks, Galleria Mall, and Montrose. The space
This bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury apartment in Houston includes a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with with all appliances such as a stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave. The modern living room has an open floor plan with comfy furniture and bedrooms with cozy memory foam mattresses that come with beautiful crisp bamboo linens, various pillows, and bed coverings.

I had a beautiful stay at this lovely apartment it was a get ready house for me and my friends for my birthday and it did everything it was supposed to do balcony could have been a little bit bigger other than that had a little bit of issues getting inside the gates/building all of their entries work off of an app so if the app isn't approved at the time you're kind of like just stuck out until somebody else comes in but other than that comfortable spot great pool great hot tub could have had a better bathtub in the master suite but overall thumbs up!

Convenient and Clean

We were in Houston to attend a conference nearby this process (walking distance). The property was clean and safe. This is an apartment unit with access to the pool. Stayed here with one couple and 2 male adults (not a couple). 2 rooms both with private restrooms. Also, a 3rd community 1/2 bath came in handy. We did need to message the owner twice during our stay and they were response and helpful...even on a Sunday morning. Should the need arise, we would stay here again.

This property is nice, and well located, but there is one big problem with it. The host has to send you a link to use for access to the garage and building. If they don't send it, you can't get in. The reservation said it would be sent automatically before check-in, but we had to request it. Then it expired in the middle of our stay, and we had to request a new link. We waited hours for a response, and in the meantime we were locked out.

EA Housing where always attentive to my messages and the place is amazing, even better than the pictures! Pro tip: bring swimming suit to enjoy the pool :)

Nightmare to access

Location is great! Apartment could be better equipped with essentials. Accessing the parking garage/ building was a nightmare. The Open Path link to access was never shared with me until I reached out to the owner. The access only last for 2 days. Instead of the owner automatically renewing the Open Path link when it expired I had to reach out AGAIN to ask for access to be granted. It was no fun getting to the parking garage with 4 young children, after a long day and learning that the link to access the garage was not working because it had expired and a new one was never sent.

Property is well located in Greenway Plaza area on Richmond. But it is a large apartment bldg. So there are many access points. It’s cumbersome to use the app while trying to bring items in and figuring out which entrance to use. A detailed map with preferred parking area would be useful. Entrance D on 3rd floor looked to be most manageable with available spots. The unit itself was ok but in need of maintenance. The smoke detector was chirping when we arrived but was tended to before nightfall. But primary bath was not very clean. Hair and dirty cotton balls were on the floor. Caulking around tub was gross. Secondary bathtub was peeling and did not drain properly. Kitchen needed additional trash bags. Linens for beds and towels were all thin and not high quality. Could be a really great rental with some TLC.
