Age & ID Verification: Government-issued ID is required for all guests 21 and older. Since we manage 50+ properties and don’t operate with a front desk like a hotel, we verify IDs digitally after booking is confirmed.
Availability: While we are not on-site for check-ins, our team is available for any day-to-day inquiries or emergencies during your stay.
Refundable Security Deposit: A $350 refundable security deposit is required and must be paid on the day of check-in. This will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
