This new stand-alone townhome is located right in the heart of Houston's art district, East Downtown. Featuring breathtaking skyline views from our large rooftop terrace. Perfect for families, large groups, or business travelers. Walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

Our home is designed to offer you and your group an entertaining and luxurious stay! Spanning from our multiple custom neon signs to our safari room downstairs, we've designed a space that is perfect for entertaining groups and creating a memorable experience that will have you coming back for more. Make sure to snap a photo with our custom snake skin photowall or on the the rooftop terrace with our "ADVENTURE IS OUT THERE" neon sign showcasing the Houston city skyline in the background.



Master Bedroom: features a king bed and a luxury queen size pull-out sofa bed

Second Bedroom: features a queen bed and one bunk bed (2 twin beds)

Safari Bedroom: features two double beds



Parking: Double car garage and lots of street parking available.

Living/Dining/Kitchen: Large, fully furnished living room with a 75" 4k Smart TV. There is a built-in Roku for access to all streaming services. *There is no cable TV*. 1 large and comfortable pull out queen sofa. Our beautiful and open kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.



Bathrooms: 3 full private, ensuite large bathrooms. Hand soap, body wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd floor, near the leaving room, has an additional half bathroom containing a sink and toilet.



-Tons of closet space and shelf space in all three bedrooms. Closet hangers provided.

-Energy efficient central HVAC.

-Most premium high speed WIFI.

-Fresh towels provided.

-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent and softener provided for on-site laundry.

-Iron and small ironing board.

-Hair Dryers in each bathroom.

-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.



*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
