This is a three-story townhouse with a two-car garage, and it fits up to 10 guests.

Our host responded immediately to our needs. The home had plenty of room for our family this week. It is hard to find a home with enough bathrooms. It makes a difference having enough sleeping and bathrooms for our large family. Home was very clean and the beds super soft as well. Made for a great week!!

Convenient location

The location of this rental was perfect for us to attend events both in downtown Houston as well as The Woodlands. The parking is tight, as expected in the area, but the host gave great instructions to help make it easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. My only wish is that a few more kitchen/bath towels and utensils were provided. Otherwise, this rental was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. Bonus, it was walking distance to the Houston Farmers Market for a great selection of produce, as well as several restaurants and convenience stores.

Weekend with friends

Very spacious and comfortable condo with a lot of nice amenities. Gated property with two car garage with two additional parking spaces as well. Great for a family or group stay, very clean and well maintained property.

Very Nice Stay

Three place was as described. Jinan was extremely hospitable and accommodating. We had an issue with a smoke detector and she handled it beautifully and promptly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time on vacation. Five stars 🌠

Extremely accommodating! Had everything we needed for a stay and even more than expected

I loved everything!!! Jinan was great. With my flight times , I needed to checkin extremely early and check out late and Jinan was very understanding and even accommodated the times free for me since it was my birthday which I loved lol. The house was perfect for me and friends. Very spacious and clean and the master bathroom was amazing. Check in was smooth and the location was perfect. Everything was within 10 mins of us. Any questions I had Jinan responded quickly and was so nice and sweet. I definitely recommend , 10 out of 10!!!!!

Amazing Stay!

The condo was awesome! It’s brand new on the inside, and the furniture and decor is lovely. The host is very thoughtful and had extra toiletries, coffee & tea, tons of silverware and plates, and she made it feel at home. The place was pristinely clean and had everything well labeled. We fit 7 people comfortably, and the bed rooms were big and comfy. The game room on the top floor was awesome, and there’s a desk up there to work from home. That room has a comfy pullout couch as well as a television with all the streaming services. The condo has easy access to the highway, and an entrance gate for safety.
