The area was nice and quite and that place had everything you would need and if you need anything else there a lot of stores with in 5 miles of the placeAnd if we come back this is the place to rent!

* Sheets and pillow cases stained and dirty. Although they replaced the sheets they still looked dirty so we went and bought sheet sets for all the rooms from the Walmart not too far away.* The mattresses were a bit thin and hard could have used some mattress toppers to up the comfort level of the bed.* Shower was so small in the master bedroom you could barely turn around without bumping the wall.* House is lovely but minor touch ups needed like nicks in the walls that are very noticeable. Paint streaks on the walls. Inside toilet stains* The microwave above the stove wasn’t getting the food hot but there was a smaller one on the counter that we used that worked.* Out of the 5 rooms only 3 had televisions in them. And those rooms without televisions do not have dressers to put your clothes into you must utilize the closet for the things that require hangers which if you didn’t bring any you had to go buy. And the things that cannot go on hangers just stayed in your suitcase which is unfortunate when you are there for 7 days and 6 nights. * The toilet makes allot of noises randomly throughout the day and night in the master bedroom* Not sure if it’s the services of what but the TVs kept going out making it really difficult to watch anythingThe ok rating is because of these things and although they may be minor it really does affect a families stay when you are there for more than a few days.

Very spacious and clean!

An older home, but very clean and plenty of room. So appreciated the extra amenities such as coffee pods, creamer, toothpaste, soap, etc.

Beautiful clean home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable.

We had a comfortable stay. We had all the amenities we needed. When I visit Katy again, my family and I will definitely be staying here again. The only issue I had was the downstairs TV...the internet/wifi connection to the TV kept going our. But overall, it was an excellent stay!!!

Great Job

It was my second time booking the property and both times have been incredible. Celestin has been doing an excellent job by making sure we get a 5 star treatment. I will definitely book him again on my next trip to Katy. Thank you Celestin for a great experience.

Terrible HOT experience

Checking into the property was easy however the house HOT & fridge wasn’t clean when we got there as we were a party of 9ppl we tried to wait until the house cool off but it was still hot that night and next day I called the owner he called his neighbor across the street who discovered the motor blew so he tried to do a temporary fix that didn’t last overnight the owner kept giving us the run around and didn’t call a real AC company until our last night there which was a couple hours before we left for airport because the house was so HOT the owner took no accountability at all he insist that we change temperature in the house as I do understand things happen wear & tear but it’s the fact the it was not urgent to him at all. Never again but the neighborhood was nice. Stayed here 4days with no AC!!!!!We changed our flight to leave earlier.

Celestin is an excellent host. He made our stays comfortable. The house was very cleaned. His response time is immediate and very thoughtful. I would definitely book him again.

Excellent

Celestin, the property manager takes great care of his property and guests. The coffee and tea were nice in the morning after arriving late. The house is large enough for my 6 person family. It is very close to Katy. I would highly recommend this property.
