Pets
• Small pets under 30 lbs are allowed with approval
• Cleaning fee applies: $25/day (1–4 nights), $150 (5–29 nights), $200 (30+ nights)
• Unauthorized pets will incur double the cleaning fee
Smoking
• Absolutely no indoor smoking—$600 remediation fee applies
• Dispose of outside ash/trash properly or risk a $500 cleaning charge

We normally request an additional deposit of $100 per stay. This amount is refundable within 48hours after checkout, once our cleaners confirm there's no damage. Please report any damage with photos on the day of arrival.
