Escape to this wonderful, picturesque home nestled in the heart of urban Northwest Houston, situated in a charming family-focused neighborhood of 123 residences--perfect for a brisk early morning walk or a serene late evening stroll. Here, most neighbors are long-term residents who share a sense of community and look out for each other.  This cozy two-story retreat invites you to experience comfort and elegance in 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms with a mix of king (with mounted 50” smart television), queen, and twin beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Unwind in the expansive family room where you'll find three plush sofas and 2 oversized leather chairs, wood burning fireplace (with a convenient gas starter), and a 70” mounted smart television that promises endless entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream boasting a magnificant 12-ft granite island that seats 5, a 48” commercial chef gas range, a spacious 3-door Bosch refrigerator, Bosch drawer-style microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and complete with service for 12.  Throughout the home, you'll appreciate the warmth of solid wood floors, comfort of central AC/heat, and the convenience of a laundry room, Wi-Fi, and streaming services.   The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, bottled water, snacks, and a variety of spices to elevate your culinary creations. Gather around the dining table which comfortably seats eight, but can easily accomodate 10 for shared meals and unforgettable conversations. The house was clean and well decorated. It was spacious woyh am open floorplan. It was perfect for our family event. The hist was very responsive and accomodating. Someone did come by 2 days in a row to check in with us and once, unlocked and opened the door while we were inside. That was a bit off-putting.
