My plans did change last minute, and being able to updrade to a 2 bed was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful as well. I will definitely return when I plan to visit Houston! ”

And last time I was told I had a credit, but I was charged anyway. I requested a refund but never received it until i requested again on my next stay there. ”

Located outside the main hustle and bustle of touristy area but.close enough for convenience. Really enjoyed the stay, pool, and restaurants. Recommend checking it out!!”

“This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back.”
