Welcome to Kemah Breeze! A little slice of paradise in a quiet, quaint Texas neighborhood - walking distance to the Kemah Boardwalk, amazing restaurants, boutiques, live music, and sunsets on the beautiful Galveston Bay. Absolutely NO PETS or SMOKING INDOORS are allowed! Our home has plenty of space for 8 guests with 6 beds and 3 full baths. Come stay with us at Kemah Breeze and explore the unique, vibrant area of the Lighthouse District. We hope you will join us for your next adventure very soon!

Kemah Breeze has plenty of space for 8 guests with an additional mini studio apartment connected to the back deck. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or SMOKING INDOORS! The top floor of the house is the Master Suite and Master Bathroom. The first floor of our home has 2 spacious bedrooms, lots of closet space, a beautiful full size bathroom, and a spacious kitchen that opens up to the living area. We also provide a full size washer and dryer to be used at your convenience.

When you enter the front doors of Kemah Breeze, you will immediately feel a sense of relaxation and comfort where the decor provides a true sense of the Galveston coast. A coffee bar is provided in our home for our guests to enjoy! We hope you will enjoy drinking your coffee or tea, as you take a moment to feel the breeze on the front or back decks of the house. If you sit on the deck long enough, you might see some of the beautiful birds that like to visit our little area. If you enjoy morning or evening walks, there is a wonderful walking path directly behind the house. This path will lead you all the way to the Kemah Lighthouse District. What a great place to stay for families to enjoy the Kemah Boardwalk Friday Night Summer Fireworks/Summer Concerts, or if you are traveling for work and need a quiet place to stay to get some work done! Kemah Breeze is the perfect place for you and your family! We hope you will choose Kemah Breeze for your next destination! We thank you for your business, and we hope to see you soon!

KEMAH BOARDWALK SUMMER ATTRACTIONS IN JUNE & JULY:
-Live Music Concert Every Friday in the Plaza: 6:00pm-11:00pm
-Friday Night Fireworks - 9:30pm
-Boardwalk Beast Fireworks Cruise - Tickets $40 must be purchased on site at the ticket booth - boarding begins at 9:00pm
-Boardwalk FantaSea Fireworks Dinner Cruise - Tickets must be purchased online - boarding begins at 7:00pm
-Kemah Aquarium
-Lots of Rides and Attractions for the Kids!

"Rock the Dock" Thursday Free Summer Concerts at the Kemah Boardwalk:
-Thursday Nights (May 15 - August 14, 2025) starting at 7:30pm

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Parking: We have room for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed at the home.

Party Policy: NO PARTIES are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if this is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book.

Special Note: Although our property is a new listing on Vrbo, we have several great reviews on another popular site if you should need to see any current reviews about our home.
