Il Kemah Dozen Palms Bay Retreat è a soli 2-3 minuti a piedi dal Kemah Boardwalk e dal Kemah Lighthouse District., Dove troverai cibo, divertimento e intrattenimento per tutta la famiglia. A casa, goditi la vista e il suono della baia o sali sull'acqua con i kayak forniti ed esplora la costa. Guarda i vari uccelli e le barche che passano. Peschi e catturi i granchi dal nostro cortile e dal molo illuminato 230 piedi. Ci sono biliardino, ping pong, basket e una console arcade con molti giochi classici preferiti.

La nostra casa sul lungomare si trova proprio sul litorale. C'è spazio per parcheggiare fino a 5 auto sul nostro vialetto privato dietro il cancello. Godrai di magnifiche viste panoramiche sulla baia dall'esterno e dall'interno della casa. Ci sono aree relax sul molo, patio, veranda e balcone con vista sulla baia.

Il cuore della casa è la sua pianta aperta che unisce la zona giorno alla sala da pranzo e alla cucina. È un ottimo luogo di ritrovo per famiglie e amici. Guarda la baia attraverso numerose finestre o semplicemente cammina fuori sul balcone e ammira lo splendido scenario dell'oceano e della sua fauna selvatica dalla comodità di molte aree salotto. C'è una zona giorno aggiuntiva al primo piano.

Nei giorni in cui l'acqua è calma puoi lanciare kayak (tandem e single) dall'area tra la paratia e l'acqua. Viene versato cemento roccioso e può essere scivoloso.

Questa è una delle migliori posizioni per la pesca e la pesca. Ci sono banconi e lavandini per la preparazione del pesce sul molo e sul patio. Qui abbiamo catturato pesci rossi, rondoni, trote speckle, pesce gatto e altri. Se ami pescare, questo è il posto giusto!

Potrebbe anche essere il luogo migliore per assistere allo spettacolo pirotecnico mozzafiato a Kemah, che si tiene ogni venerdì sera da giugno a luglio e Capodanno. La chiatta che spara ai fuochi d'artificio è ancorata non lontano dalla fine del molo! Il mare di luci può essere visto illuminare dalle barche nella baia.

Tutte le TV HD sono intelligenti, il che significa che puoi guardare i tuoi canali via cavo e Internet preferiti usando solo il telecomando della TV. Avrai accesso a YouTube TV, che trasmette TV in diretta da oltre 70 canali via cavo, spettacoli su richiesta, notizie e sport locali. Avrai anche accesso a Netflix.

La proprietà è circondata da dodici palme alte e mature che hanno resistito a molte tempeste, da cui il nome. È un santuario speciale che offrirà a famiglie e amici molti ricordi indimenticabili.

Kemah Bay Retreat was the perfect location for our annual family vacation. It is obvious why this property consistently receives a 10/10 rating. The house is beautiful, well-appointed, very, very clean, with exceptional amenities. The fishing pier is a great addition for those who enjoy wetting a line. The location of the house is mere steps away from the Kemah boardwalk that offer numerous restaurants, shopping, bar locations for the adults and carnival rides and games for the kids. It is also minutes from other spots that the Houston area offers for vacationers.Having rented VRBO properties for the past 10 years, I've dealt with numerous owners but Le ranks at the top of the list. He was extremely personable and took time to contact us several times to see if the property was meeting our needs and expectations. The Kemah Bay Retreat exceeded every expectation and has become our go to property for future family gatherings. I highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful home conveniently located next to the boardwalk. Wr are a large family with 6 kids from 9-17. Everyone has ample space to enjoy whichever activity they liked. We spent a lot of time on the covered pier. If you enjoy fishing it’s a great space. We have stayed here twice now and plan to come back again next year!

We had a great time. The property was very comfortable and had a lot to do. The highlight of our trip was catching a crab. We were very excited before we released it back into the ocean. Le was also very responsive when an issue came up. He was able to resolve it quickly. We would definitely recommend staying at the Kemah Bay Retreat.

We had a fabulous week stay at this amazing property. The host is exceptional. Every area of the property has special and thoughtful touches that just enhanced our visit and showed how much the host cares about his guests. The location absolutely CAN NOT be beat! Ten of us ranging in age from 12 to 65-ish all rate this as the best vacation ever. So much to do The pier drew us in and did not disappoint. Lots and lots of fishing. Wonderful meals all within walking distance. A great amusement park next door (yet the property felt private and peaceful). Half way between Houston and Galveston so we made trips to both cities for Football bowl games, the Zoo, walks on the beach, cruises, etc. Again, the location is perfect. New Year's Eve we were treated to a very elaborate fireworks display and the fireworks barge was anchored straight off our pier. We had the best view you can imagine, all snuggled up under blankets on the beautiful upper deck. It was bliss. The whole stay was bliss. Le was wonderful to work with. Before booking I wondered how this property got such a high rating, and I hoped it was "for real". It deserves it's near-perfect score and more. Above and beyond. Thanks Le for sharing this property with us and for all the attention and detail you give to make your guests so comfortable. Happy New Year from your new Oregon Friends!

We really loved the property! Room as are very comfortable and amenities are adequate. Everything wa marked correctly and I really liked the no access labels so we don’t bother pulling out the drawers. The view of the sea from the second floor is amazing. We got to see the sunrise from the second floor. Very relaxing trip and the owners have thought of all possible things the guests might need. Recommend it highly

The place was beautiful! We celebrated Thanksgivings weekend at this lovely home. Everything we needed to cook our holiday meal was easily accessible in the lovely open concept kitchen. The location was very convenient and located within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to go back!

My family, especially my grandchildren, enjoyed every second of our stay celebrating their 1st fishing trip with Grandmother! The property is absolutely fabulous. The inside is very accommodating for every possible need. The outside offered treats for all ages. AND the fishing and crabbing set-up, the pier, the lighting, cleaning table, water availability is outstanding. Sunsets, the sound of the waves, the near-by attractions, and comforts of home, made this adventure one that will be repeated.

We’ve stayed here twice now and the location is superior. It’s literally steps from the boardwalk and all the shopping/bars. Not only is the location amazing, the house itself it’s super clean, beds are great, and plenty of amenities! Le was super responsive and helpful!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment we were at this amazing property.It is a two minute walk to anything you could want, restaurant, shopping, nightlife,coffee,arcade, amusement park ,it was so clean and spacious and had more than most vrbos we have previously stayed at.The amenities are endless,we had such a fun adventure.We are hoping to come back to this very peaceful, amazing fun home 💗 park

House was amazing and large enough for our family of 8. The kids spent a lot of time in the covered patio playing foosball and ping pong. Being walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants is a HUGE plus. We plan on making this our yearly summer escape. Cannot say enough good things about this place
