Great stay

In Houston for two-week biz trip. Great location near med center, Rice U, Rice Village, nrg stadium. Comfortable bed. Quiet complex. Nice pool area. Hosts were in touch regularly and responded to inquiries quickly.

Such a Delight

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful pool view. The host was very accommodating and she went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The check in process was smooth and easy as well.

Very clean and great location.

We had a wonderful time in Houston. The area was at a good location. Close to NGR stadium and shopping. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host made it very easy to check in and out. Good communication all the way around.

Wonderful host. Lovely 1 bedroom. Excellent mattress, bedding, kitchen equipment with lovely extra touches. Security was very good. Pool was outstanding. Very clean, quiet. Intend to return to this unit.

Great stay!

Stayed in this unit as a home base while visiting family. Manager went above and beyond in helping us with check in. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The manager/owner was waiting for us, and showed us around. Ubers were easy from this location. No cable tv - just Roku, which was new to us and fun to play with. The bed was amazingly comfy, and we were thrilled to have access to a Keurig coffee maker WITH coffee already there. It was humid while there, and the AC was awesome. Lots of blankets for your use. Enjoyed the pool too! As others have mentioned, the couch is a surprise, as it is so very hard, and the pictures are a tad confusing in that some are of inside areas where you stay, but others are of the public spaces. But overall, we would love to (and plan!) to come back.

Inaccurate 1st picture of listing

The 1st listing picture is of the common area of the property & not the actual room. The couch in the Living Rm was very uncomfortable to watch the tv located very high on the wall. It was nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. I think you should list the common rooms of the complex differently from the actual room you stay in. The host did refund us 2 days of our rental, since we decided to leave early, That was much appreciated. This was just not our style place.

The place was just what we were looking for it made going to NRG for our even easy and convenient. The unit was very clean well decorated with nice amenities. The host was very easy to communicate with we will definitely stay again!
