Beautiful house but unfortunately, there were many issues with our stay. Upon arrival, the first thing that stood out was the lack of cleanliness. There were a ridiculous amount of dead insects at the entrance, empty chip bags on the floor by the pool, a mostly drunken water bottle and balled up napkin in the master bedroom, dirty floors/carpet, and the kitchen sink stunk and fruit flies flew out when i turned the water on. Additionally the pool was filthy and the filter didn’t work which is not safe. Initially it truly wasn’t a big deal. We cleaned up the mess and contacted the owner about the pool to which she replied she’d send over the pool technician. He never came.The very next morning we contacted the owner again to notify her of more issues (the tv in the master bedroom did not work at all, thermostat batteries had to be replaced by us to be able to use it, restroom sink was clogged, kitchen sink disposal was broken, mini split upstairs does not turn on) and she read the message but didn’t respond. We called and she never called back. On the last day at 11am (check out) she had the cleaning lady come over to apologize on her behalf and asked us to not give a bad review. Needless to say, we didn’t appreciate that and would not come back or recommend this place to anyone.
