  • I just moved here. I'm still trying to find the "cool" places to shoot. I did find this dock overlooking the northwestern section of Lake Houston. It was a very picturesque dock. Pretty peaceful too. I'm sure I'll be back with a good book when the weather cools. :)

La casa está muy cómoda. Nos hubiera gustado saber cuándo recolectan la basura. El gas del asador se acabó muy pronto. Tuvimos que terminar de cocinar en el horno de la estufa. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente!

Beautiful property with concerns that need addressed

Hi thank you so much for the beautiful Vrbo stay and your hospitality. Our stay here was great! Just want to share our few issues with you.. First we did leave the beautiful home just as we found it. We took pictures of everything and left nothing on site. We did find some green onions that wasn’t ours let in fridge, so we tossed them out because they were already gone bad.. Phil here’s our issue: The front rest room was a major concern. The bathroom tub & sink was stopped up or should I say, the water wasn’t going out fast enough. This made it an inconvenience for the 2 couples that were the bathroom. What I mean by that, we were at a fast pace our entire stay. We had events outside the home etc..So we had to dress, shower, or wash up change clothes but had to wait until the water actually drained out etc. This made it a huge inconvenience because all couples had their assigned rest room area. We definitely couldn’t use the bathroom sink nor tubs and other restrooms was being occupied by the other couples because we ALL was leaving. Our other issue was we had considered using the back yard but the grass wasn’t cut. Nor the bushes in front either trim in front. All the other homes were but this one. I contacted the owner! All he says was have a nice day. I thought that was not good customer service on his part . He was amazing all in the beginning!! But totally lost me with his feedback. I gave my pros and cons above. Clean

Lovely home, very nice neighborhood. My family and I went for a lovely walk and saw the lake in the neighborhood. Loved the kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Learned to play pool on the pool table.. had everything I needed in the kitchen.

Bad policies

Due to mother nature/flooding, our trip got canceled. The property management would not work with us…ithis was out of our control. Otherwise we would’ve stayed there. We make this trip once a year and will never book here again!!

Wonderful rental for a Christmas stay!

We traveled to Houston for Christmas to meet family. Our group had a total of 8 and this home had everything we needed. Very clean! Fantastic neighborhood! Our older daughter is in a wheelchair and she was able to get in/out and around the home with no problems at all. We have stayed in Houston many times and this is our favorite rental!
