The Space:

🤠 EASY HOUSTON RODEO and ⚽️ WORLD CUP ACCESS TO NRG STADIUM: Take an Uber/Lyft just 2 miles to the MetroRail Red Line North (Cavalcade Station) and be dropped off directly in front of the stadium entrance! Avoid parking fees and traffic jams! Come back the same way!



PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for the "House-only" option of this property, this means your rental does not include the rear studio apartment above the garage which is also rented separately. Those studio guests use a separate entrance through a side gate to the backyard and walk through the backyard to their staircase to their unit. The backyard and hot tub are not shared with studio guests.

The dining area features a birchwood dining table with leather chairs for comfort and style. The kitchen overlooks the dining area for the perfect casual family dining feel. Enjoy the breakfast nook, quartz countertops, modern stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, gas range w/oven, large microwave, an oversized sink, and all the thoughtful kitchen essentials for your culinary convenience. Enjoy relaxing in the outdoor hot tub in the backyard.



::MASTER BEDROOM + BATH::

The relaxing master bedroom is furnished with a plush, King-size bed, a seating area, and a large walk-in closet to store your belongings. The impressive master bathroom is filled with natural lighting and contains a beautiful, large, stand-alone bathtub, a frameless glass shower, double sinks, and modern fixtures.



::SECOND BEDROOM + BATH::

The second bedroom features natural, earthy, warm decor, a plush King-size bed, a large flat screen tv and a newly constructed, private, full bathroom with a spacious walk-in glass shower w/tiled bench.



::LAUNDRY ROOM::

The rustic-themed laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.

Everything was amazing. We rented both front and back house and the spaces were beautifully decorated, beds super comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Great location! We’d definitely stay there again!
