Guests will enjoy a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged space in a quiet gated community. The home offers three spacious bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and private en suite bathroom, and two with queen-size beds—ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Each room provides closet space and shaded window coverings for restful nights and privacy.

There are two full bathrooms, one connected to the primary bedroom and another accessible from the hallway, both stocked with fresh towels. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking essentials, perfect for preparing meals or enjoying local takeout.

The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring cozy seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite content. The home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided—great for longer stays. Guests will have access to private garage parking and can expect a peaceful, secure environment with easy access to downtown Houston and nearby attractions.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry area. You'll also have access to the attached garage for secure parking, as well as the driveway. The home is located in a gated community, and entry instructions will be provided prior to check-in. Check-in is simple and flexible using a secure lockbox or keypad at the property.

There is no street parking and visitor parking is limited, so please plan transportation accordingly. Garage parking is included for registered guests.
