The space
Designed with a clean, modern aesthetic and layered textures, this one-bedroom retreat offers a comfortable, thoughtfully styled space that feels both elevated and easy to settle into.

Bedroom: Features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, layered with soft linens, duvet, and extra pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep. The room is styled with warm lighting, blackout curtains, and mounted art lighting for a relaxed, boutique feel. A full-length mirror and closet with ample hangers are also provided.

Bathroom: Equipped with a full shower setup, stocked with hotel-style toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Fresh towels, makeup cloths, and storage organizers keep everything clean and accessible.

Living Room: A cozy and inviting space centered around an electric fireplace and smart TV. Includes a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, and layered decor with plants and textured finishes. Perfect for relaxing, streaming, or unwinding after a long day.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Includes cookware, utensils, baking sheets, spices, and essentials for everyday cooking. Coffee station with Keurig, assorted pods, tea, sugar, and creamer. Dining setup includes bar seating for casual meals.

Laundry: Shared washer and dryer located in the rear building. Laundry pods and supplies are provided inside the unit, along with a laundry basket for convenience.

Entry is fully self check-in using keypad access for the gate, building, and unit.
