Welcome to your group-friendly getaway in Montrose — two fully remodeled, side-by-side townhomes in a gated fourplex, offering over 3,400 sq ft of stylish comfort. Perfect for family reunions, work travel, or friend groups, this combined listing features fun music-themed decor, game spaces, workstations, and unbeatable walkability near Downtown Houston.

📍 Please Note: Guests will have access to two private units (not the entire fourplex). The townhomes are located side-by-side with no interior connection. To move between them, guests must exit one unit and re-enter the other through their individual front or back doors.

Guests have full access to both townhomes, including all living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the back porches. Each unit contains one locked owner’s closet, which is off-limits to guests.

Parking: You’ll have access to 4 dedicated parking spaces (2 per unit) in the gated lot behind the building. Please do not use parking spaces assigned to the other two units in the fourplex.
