This gorgeous 2 bed 2.5 bath, 1700 sq ft, townhouse is just 4 blocks East of Montrose Blvd and 5 blocks North of Westheimer Rd. It's the perfect central location, with close proximity to over 50 restaurants within walking distance! You will LOVE the European style that Montrose has to offer. There is so much to do in this area that includes shopping and restaurants! Ask me for some recommendations!

There was some noise from the bars on Fairview on Saturday night, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Walked to dinner multiple times. Convenient drive into downtown. Host was great with communication.

Perfect vacation rental

Our stay at this Houston vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the cozy fireplace which crated the perfect ambiance for relaxed family evenings. It quickly became our favorite gathering spot.You cannot beat the location! We walked to a new eatery every day. We were in a quiet neighborhood and had our own parking spot which was gated for extra security. My teens loved the spacious bedroom with their own full size bed and high speed wi-fi.The management company was so kind and very quick to help with any questions. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely always stay here for our future Houston trips.
