* We strive to provide a peaceful, respectful, and safe environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, keep the noise level low, and treat the home with care.

* The maximum occupancy is six guests, and only registered guests — no overnight guests without prior approval.

* Please refrain from bringing pets, as some guests experience allergies.

* For everyone’s security, exterior surveillance cameras are in use—there are no cameras inside.

* Please keep all doors and gates closed. We kindly request that you dispose of trash and recycling properly in the designated bins (the green bin is for recyclables), and turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use.

* Smoking indoors is not permitted—outdoor seating is available—and indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

* Wash any dishes used before checkout.

* Parking is available side‑by‑side in the driveway (suitable for sedans and small SUVs), and we request that you leave the furniture exactly as you found it—please do not alter anything.

* While you’re welcome to use any non‑expired condiments or snacks left behind, the host assumes no responsibility for them.

* No parties, or events are allowed without prior notice. NO illegal substances are allowed on the property; violations may result in cleaning fees, eviction, or involvement of authorities.

* Please report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them—guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear, and excessive messes may incur additional charges.

* Be gentle with the window blinds—use the blue poles provided—and if an emergency arises, call 911, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office at 713‑221‑6000, or contact the host.
