PETS
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum & additional pet fee. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places that should accommodate you.

HOME LAYOUT
Follow along- when entering the front door, you will walk into the open concept living room and dining area and unfolds to the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofas after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our smart TV. Feel free to log into/download any streaming services you’d like!

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group.

MASTER ROOM SUITE 1
The “main bedroom” is outfitted with a king bed, two bedside tables, a bedside lamps, and a Smart TV.

MASTER BATHROOM 1
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower (with a small lip) and vanity, located directly off the main bedroom.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, luxury mattress, TV and two bedside tables.

BATHROOM 2
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower (with a small lip) and a vanity.

BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, luxury mattresses, and a bedside table.

WASHER + DRYER
You will find a Washer and Dryer in the unit.

House Rules will be in the House Manual. All guests must wash their own dishes either by hand or by dishwasher. All used towels and bed linens need to be placed in the washer.

DO NOT SMOKE IN THE PROPERTY (Smoking fee is $250, $40 per cigarette bud)
Pets must be pre approved, not all pets are accepted (Pet fee is $150, $75 per pet after 1, max of 2 pets allowed)

Unauthorized Guest Fee is $40 per person per visit.

Do not park in a spot with a number. We are not responsible if you get towed.

Early Check In/Late Check Out is $50 if pre approved.
