Guests will have access to the entire home and no one will share any part of the home.

2 car parking garage and a driveway. The driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars.
Other things to note
There will be a mandatory pool waiver that will need to be signed prior to gaining access to the home.

the pool is cleaned every Wednesday , so the pool may not be available during that time frame

Our listing states that we check Government Identification for all Guests to make sure everyone except for children are over the age of 21. Unlike hotels, they're able to verify IDs during the time of check-in physically because they have a front desk/reception. With 50+ listings it's impossible for us to be present at the time of check-in. Although we are available if there is any or day-to-day enquiries. Therefore, we need to verify IDs ourselves through the app after booking is confirmed.
