Terrible. After a 6 hour drive we arrive at the quality inn just to be told that the room we had paid for online was no longer available and they would have to put us in a separate room than what was paid for. After a hour at the check in desk they finally assigned us a room, I asked for a non smoking room least 3 times due to us having our new born daughter along on the trip. We received the key to room 909, climbed the stairs, walked across the hotel, finally made it to our room for the key not to work. Carried our daughter, dog, and luggage back down stairs around the hotel and back to the lobby to explain the key would not work. The lady handling check in got frustrated and said we did something wrong, took our key, went to the room just for it to also not work for her. She made a phone call and advised us that our room accommodations would once again be changed, after another 45 minute wait we were sent to manually be let into the non working room. Someone was sent to let us in, who later came back with a power drill and hammer to fix the door lock and issue us a key. After 30 minutes of banging and drilling he was unable to fix our door or issue a key which left us without access in and out of our room as needed. If we left we were locked out and would have to walk to the lobby and wait on someone to come unlock our door and let us in. Not worth it
Sketchy area. Went to check in. Waited 30 min, while the two front clerks assisted clients. Not once did they acknowledge my presence, no problem. While I waited another person came out of the elevator and also waited. When it was my turn the guy cut and was helped first. Apparently his room had enough damage to it. When it was my turn the clerks left me standing there for 15 min with no assistance or a simple 'we'll be right with you". Finally checked in went to the room and it wasn't what I had paid for on hotels.com. I went back to the front desk and the guy said he told me he upgraded me to a double bed room, when I had mentioned that I want the single bed that I had paid for. When checking out, the front clerks were rude and also hesitant on returning my cash deposit, they had to verify the room was not damaged but considering the room wasn't that great, the door barely closed and the interior has it wear and nicks. Breakfast wasn't great either. The only courteous staff were the housekeeping staff. Elevator panel was also broken but still in service.

I’ve stayed at many other hotels for same price but this one is not worth the price charged. Had roaches, ugly smell and no near by ice machine. Was charged a deposit for damages although they said it’s refundable never have I’ve had to leave a deposit for a one night stay. That should be posted on website so we will not consider staying there.

Stayed for 5 nights got housekeeping on our very last night. Restaurant in hotel was unavailable. Tried 3 different times to go into pool and was never ready. Safe in room didnt work, was told they were going to get back to me never did.

While the staff was friendly. The floor I stayed on smelled musty and the air quality was bad. The pool area was littered with trash and the pool was filthy. I called the day I was booking to make sure the pool was open because it was the only reason for me to book there. Friday, Saturday and Sunday the pool was not available.

The check in was roughly done. The hairdryer didn't work. Room was dirty. No clean towels in 3 days. No privacy hangers for the door. The refrigerator in the room leaks on the floor and was very noisy. Bed was comfortable though.

Upgraded to the tower. First room had problems with the outlet (It was loose). Moved to new room after an hour. Pie-shaped room, so the bathroom was smaller. Restaurant only open for takeout. More industrial part of town, with many restaurants about 1-2 miles away. Standard hot breakfast. Good value.

Bad experience with Hotel stay
Worst Hotel I have ever stayed. I pic of the hotel looked decent but when I have landed they allocated me in a next building situated next to main building. Restrooms are not good. Front office staff looked confused. They took 45mins to figure out my reservation and we're also insisting to repay inspire of me paid in full through hotels.com in advance. Even the location is bad. It is surrounded by all chemical factories and smell around was not bearable.

The bathroom was nasty. Mold around the one side of tub. Door on bathroom didn't work correctly. I had a hard time opening it, glad I wasn't by myself I would have been locked in it. Ice holder had mold on lid. TV had no way to tell what was on each station and very slow. The bed couldn't have been any harder.
