“Very attentive”

“The beds were clean, and AC works very well , nice shower. Very clean room overall. Nice staff but not very helpful sadly.. When i woke up in the middle of the night and noticed that there were roaches by the bed nightstand and I then contacted the front desk to see if I could get another room and they said it was too late to do that which I can understand, lol i even asked if they had roach spray and that would be good enough for me but he said they didn’t and apologized. So that’s the ONLY...

“Poor management! Gave us a key to a room that someone else was already staying in so we walked in on them. I was mortified. When we finally were assigned the correct room the AC unit did not work and it was miserably hot! ”

“L'unica spiegazione che ci siamo dati all'arrivo è che l'hotel stava per fallire e noi eravamo gli ultimi clienti da sfruttare. Vergognoso, già entrando nelle scale odore di urina e sporcizia dappertutto. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e una notte l'abbiamo dovuta passare in camera. Abbiamo richiesto delle lenzuola pulite e le abbiamo cambiate prima di dormire. Non ci siamo lavati perché gli asciugamani erano pieni di macchie. Il giorno dopo abbiamo abbandonato l'hotel anche se avevamo un' altra...
