    💎 First Floor

    A calm welcome awaits as you step inside. The entry level opens to a walkway storage closet and two warmly appointed queen bedrooms, each crafted with comfort in mind. One offers a dresser and plush bedding; the other features an adjustable base, spacious closet, and 55” TV. Both rooms are interconnected with a shared bathroom, ideal for families or guests who want to stay close. The ground-level access to the garage for convenience.

    💎 Second Floor – Kitchen & Living

    This level opens into a bright, elegant living space with soaring 11-ft ceilings and a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The living room includes two designer sofas, accent chairs, a 75” Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace.
    The chef’s kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, a Monogram stove, French-door fridge, and a Nespresso Vertuo. Enjoy a dining table for eight, island seating for four, and a fridge stocked with water, soft drinks, and a complimentary bottle of wine.
    A walk-in pantry holds cookware, a toaster, blender, and all essentials. Adjacent to the living area is a peaceful office space with a desk, reading chair, games, and a record player. A terrace and powder room complete this level.

    💎 Third Floor – Private Suites

    A quiet queen ensuite sits at the front of the floor, complete with a plush mattress, walk-in closet, 55” TV, and bathroom with a soaking tub and shower.
    The master suite offers a king bed with premium linens, a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub and glass shower, a massive walk-in closet, and a private TV. Step onto the attached balcony to enjoy fresh air or use the mini gym and yoga setup.
    A dedicated laundry room and available queen air mattress add convenience for larger groups.

    💎 Fourth Floor – Rooftop Lounge

    At the top of the home lies the crown jewel: an inviting rooftop lounge glowing with soft string lights and offering open-air relaxation day or night. It transforms into a private outdoor escape with a beverage bar, lush greenery, a dining area with umbrella shade, and partial skyline views create the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining. A BBQ grill and utensils are ready for outdoor cooking or evening hangouts.

    PARKING

    A two-car garage is available. Additional free street parking on the adjacent side street on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Guests will have access to the entire property, including the 4 levels with a private rooftop deck, during their stay.
    24/7 self-check-in via keypad.

    CANCELATION POLICY: Please refer to the listing's cancelation policy. A $100 credit card processing fee may apply if the booking is canceled after the booking has been confirmed.

    • Air mattress, Pack ’n Play, crib, and high chair available only on request (please notify us before arrival).
    • Early check-in & late check-out available on request at $50 per hour (subject to availability).
    • Luggage drop-off is available on request (subject to availability).
    • Long-term stays allowed (28+ days) at discounted rate.

    📌 Dogs are welcome with a $250 FEE PER PET. Guests with more than 3 dogs must submit a request for prior approval. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

    📌 For the safety and well-being of all guests, the fireplace is temporarily turned off for scheduled maintenance. The home is fully equipped with central heating, ensuring it stays warm and comfortable throughout your stay.

    ✔ Security Deposit: A $$300.00 security deposit is required to access the property. The hold on your deposit will not take place until 2 days before arrival and will be released 2 days after departure provided that there's no damage to the property. Please ensure the deposit is provided promptly to avoid any issues before check-in.
    ✔ TRUVI formerly SuperHog ID Verification. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we've partnered with Know Your Guest (TRUVI formerly SuperHog), a trusted leader in guest screening for vacation rentals. Before your booking is finalized, we ask that you complete a brief verification process with Know Your Guest. This will involve confirming your details, and verifying your ID.
