With an 80-inch Smart TV, PlayStation, two dual-monitor workspaces, a private home gym, fenced backyard, and fire pit, it’s set up for groups who want plenty to do and plenty of room to spread out.

The main living room brings everyone together with an oversized sectional, fireplace, 80-inch Smart TV, PlayStation, and games. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a gas range, cookware, and everyday essentials, plus a separate dining area for meals together.

The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds. One includes a PC with dual monitors, LED bed lighting, and built-in outlets, making it ideal for gaming or working during longer stays.

A separate office provides another dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and dual monitors ready for laptop connection. The converted garage adds a private home gym with a multi-gym station, so there’s no need to give up your routine while traveling.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers seating and a fire pit, while the private driveway has space for up to three vehicles.

The location puts you close to more than NASA. Clear Lake views are within walking distance, along with Nassau Bay’s lakes, trails, waterfront park, and boating dock. Kemah Boardwalk, waterfront dining, shopping, groceries, and other Clear Lake attractions are all a short drive away.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee may apply for smoke-related violations. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and guest count must be accurate. Pets must be approved in advance, and guests must pick up after pets, including in the yard, or an additional cleaning fee may apply. Please treat the home, furnishings, gaming equipment, office setups, and gym equipment with care, and do not move furniture or disconnect electronics or equipment. Use the fireplace and fire pit responsibly and follow instructions provided in the house manual. Please lock doors when leaving, dispose of trash properly, and leave the home in reasonable condition. Report any damages or maintenance concerns promptly during your stay. Failure to follow house rules may result in fees, cancellation of the stay, or removal without refund where permitted by platform policies.
