Great house!

The house is large. Lots of beds.. lots of seating. Great kitchen space! Our family came to join us for dinner and some hangout time......it was perfect for all of us to eat and watch a movie together! We will be booking this again!

In the online listing, it was mentioned as 3 baths which was one of the main reason we have booked the property. But when we checked in we realised that it only has 2.5 baths.

Family event

Location was good. Home met the space that we needed for 13 people. Many seating areas to accomodate multiple conversations. Kids play area upstairs was a plus. Kitchen space was excellent as well. Home is older and needs a few minor maintenance repairs.

Family Trip

Good things about the home Very spacious accommodate our group. Air worked very well. Communication response was quick, they even had the neighbor to come help us with the door but we had already figured it out. Things that need improvements- Think about older occupants when trying to open keyless entry, it was not user friendly. When we open the home it smell as if no one had been in there for a while,bad odor, so we had to buy air fresheners. There were only two TV’s in the house, may want to get more when you have big groups not everyone watches the same thing.There’s a slit of carpet in the master bedroom, may want to remove the carpet we slipped a few times on it. This was my first rental that I could not use the washer and dryer, we went to a water park and had no way to wash our clothes. I was told it was only for guest that stayed a week or more. Please rethink that. The house is very old and needs a lot of updates,for the rental price. Overall though we had a nice stay
