Sometimes we have back-to-back reservations. If a unit requires maintenance, we reserve the right to send maintenance personnel into the unit for repairs, pest control, or any necessary work.

🧳 Lost and Found Policy
Before checking out, please inspect your personal belongings thoroughly. If you realize you’ve left something behind, notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee recovery, we will make every effort to assist you in locating your items. 1. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
2. Check-in is available anytime after 4pm to give guests ample time to settle in and get comfortable.
3. Check-out is at 11am, but guests may request a late check-out subject to availability. Late check-out requests must be made by 9pm the day before departure and will incur a fee of US$60 until 1pm and US$100 until 3pm.
4.Guests will be charged a fee of US$150 if keys or fobs are missing after check-out time.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking is detected, guests will be charged a fee of US$250.
6. This unit is pet friendly. Please make sure you have your pets added under the reservation. Guests will be charged a fee of US$250 in case of animals staying without advance notice.
7. Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited inside the property. If a party is detected, guests will be charged a fee of US$500.
8. Please note that the front door is equipped with a Ring Camera for 24/7 visual and audio recording.
9. We kindly want to remind you of the Valet Trash rule in our apartment. Your cooperation in following these guidelines is highly appreciated. Here are the guidelines for preparing and disposing of trash:
*Please make sure to bag and tie all waste, and avoid including needles or other sharp objects. *Please break down cardboard boxes before placing them in the trash bin. *For trash collection, please place your tied waste in the designated trash bin by the door between 6pm and 8pm on the scheduled nights of service. *After collection, once the doorstep collection service has been completed, please bring your trash bin back inside by 9am the following morning. *Please note that there is no service on Friday and Saturday nights, as well as major holidays. *We appreciate your compliance with these guidelines, as failure to follow them may result in a penalty fee of $25.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you prefer to dispose of your trash differently, we also have a trash chute located in the garage on each floor river side that you may use. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
