This was just a horrible experience. Upon check in everything went smooth, we entered our double bed room proceeded to shower and saw mold around the corners of the tub. We excused this and showered with our slippers on. We left out to grab food then returned to our room. We pulled the sheets back on the bed and saw a visible fresh blood stain. I went to the front office to request for the sheets to be changed and was told they didn't have any clean sheets at the moment, I then asked if we could get a different room and was told there were no rooms available. I asked for a manager and was told they would be there in the morning ao I walked to my car and slept there which should show on the cameras. That morning I went to the office and was told the manager wouldn't be there till 9 or 9:30 am, I then a detailed message to the manager of property with contact info vut was never contacted. I returned to the office at 9 to find a new person there after the shift change whi told me the lady from the night before said she offered a room and we refused. I explained why would I sleep in my car on your property if I was offered another clean room that was already paid for? Noone could make it make since to me. I asked for a refund due to all the inconvenience and lack of customer service and was told the room could not be refunded because the shower was used. This is ridiculous and horrible service. Noone tried to rectify the situation and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
