“I reserved a suite and the hotel claimed my standard room was a suite. I was still charged for the higher price. Then when I arrive, they have no towels. The breakfast was laughably disappointing. Only a sandwich from the freezer and questionable juice. The room phone didn’t work. The room also had an unstable gigantic hot tub instead of a shower. I will never ever come back with this company.
