“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wroxham. The location is unbeatable, right on the river, and the warm welcome from the friendly staff set the tone for our visit. The food was excellent, and the chef went out of their way to cater for my wife’s dairy-free needs. Wendy, the owner, was charming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. “Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good.
The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?”

“When we arrived the owners came to great us. Very friendly, explained everything very well. Room was perfect with a lovely view. Bed comfortable, breakfast was amazing and great selection. Loved the fan on the wall.
Only bad thing i would say is upgrade the pillows, uncomfortable, even with 2. Room was hot even with the fan on the wall. ”

Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience.
We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect.
Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right).
