Spanish Ranch on the Arkansas River- goditi il fiume impetuoso dalla vasca idromassaggio!

'Casa Bella del Rio' come abbiamo chiamato questa casa sul fiume è stata rinnovata in una hacienda in stile spagnolo con soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e 4 camere da letto di buone dimensioni con 3 bagni completi. Tutti i pavimenti sono stati aggiornati con piastrelle e legno duro. Gli arredi sono tutti nuovi e anche in stile spagnolo. Ci sono viste sulle montagne da ogni direzione. La casa si trova su 2 acri, proprio sul fiume. C'è l'accesso al fiume per kayak e pesca. Di recente abbiamo costruito un ponte inferiore con le scale fino alla casa. Un posto davvero fantastico per rilassarsi o semplicemente sedersi con gli attrezzi da pesca.

Il ponte è il luogo ideale per godersi il panorama, pranzare o sedersi nella vasca idromassaggio e rilassarsi!

Beautiful home and view

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable home with a family area with enough room for the entire family to hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked at the house. My high school son went for a several mile run each morning and felt safe in the area.

Summer Getaway!

The house was great for nine of us. There was plenty of room for all. Nice and quiet with the river running in the back yard. Close to town with lots of eating establishments. I believe this is the sixth time that I have stayed here. I would definitely stay here again.

Magic on the Arkansas

Superb location to access the fun of rafting, the sweet fishing holes of the property, the beauty of the area, and the towns of Salida and Cañon. The best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and a super accommodating host who was an excellent communicator. Great little restaurant, Dusty Rose, and cafe nearby was a nice perk! So happy to have had our family gather here!

nice weekend getaway spot

Nice home in the mountains countryside in Howard. Beautiful surroundings scenery with lots to explore. Conveniently close to Salida. Lots of sleeping arrangement space, good kitchen and dining areas.

Hallmark christmas

This property was perfect for our Christmas trip. It was like we where staying in a hallmark movie! The kitchen was well stocked for anything you needed to cook with. Very impressed. The guys loved the fact it had horseshoe pits!! It was also great to have the hottub to come back to after a long day of skiing.

One of the best places near Salida for a large group

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed. The only negatives I would are there were TONS of waps around the outside of the home and inside of the garage. It made the area hard to use. The were wasp nests everywhere too. Water also had a bad smell.

Amazing bachelor party accomodations!

We had a group of 7 adults and the house was perfect for us. There were plenty of rooms and beds. The outside space had access to the river and incredible views. Easy to find and access. Great hot tub. No complaints!!

Wonderful property!

Great house, great location! Well stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. Less than 20 minutes into town. On a nice flat quiet road with very little traffic. Everything the owner says in the listing and much more. We loved it!

Friends Get Away

This home was perfect for our trip, there was plenty of room for everyone! We were right along the Arkansas River and we found a great fishing and swimming hole not far from the house. The kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed. The deck was also nice to sit on in the mornings and drink our coffee! The only drawback to the house is there is no cooling and it was really hot while we were there. There were plenty of fans to help move the air, but it just wasn't enough to keep the house cool.

Another Great Vacation!

This was my family's third time at this house and it was great, as usual. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our family of 10. The views from the back porch are still spectacular and the kitchen was well equipped to handle all the cooking done during the week. A good base for exploring the area, from Salida to Monarch to St. Elmo.Try the pizza at Amica's and Moonlight. Our family is divided on which is best.

Wonderful well equipped large ranch on the Arkansas River.

Everything was just great. Large ranch with beds for 12 was very comfortable. We opened everything up in the evenings to cool the house and closed in the morning and it stayed cool in the day. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with many spices and dishes and pans etc. The grill was the best I ave ever had at any rental house. Janet was very responsive to all requests and very timely too. It was a great stay and the house was a key part of out trip.
