“As the subject line states, the pictures are beautiful, but they don't convey truly how comfortable, beautiful, and amazing this property is. Furthermore, aside from bringing food and our personal belongings, we needed absolutely nothing, as the owners had planned everything out to the smallest of details. I'm not going to say more, as I want this place to stay relatively hidden, so we are able to book this property again without needing to battle others for a time slot. Our winter getaway was...

“We had a wonderful time enjoying the lake house. It snowed all weekend and it was beautiful! The owner of the property took good care of us keeping the place cleared from snow and informed of all the things to keep us cozy for our stay! Wonderful communication with everything. “Lake Augusta cabins are a wonderful retreat perfectly situated. An hour from Minneapolis period period we stayed 3 different times this summer. Each time we've had more wonderful experiences and met new friends. Max It is an outstanding host! He's super responsive and enthusiastic, and he is constantly improving this charming and welcoming property! We are already planning our time there next year!!!”

“Overall: This property did exactly what it was meant to do- allow us to relax and enjoy eachothers company for a week! Cons of our stay though- The water is not swimmable, we had to travel to a near by lake to actually go swimming. The house did not include a table, so it was hard to play our card games. The kitchen included a breakfast bar with stools for eating meals but not great for playing games. The week that we stayed was the hottest of the year... no ones fault, just ended up that way....
