“The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays.”

“Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.”
